How much do recurring invoices cost?

$0.30 per invoice, same as any other invoice. There is no extra charge for setting up a recurring schedule.

Can I change a recurring invoice after setting it up?

Yes. Update the line items, amounts, or schedule at any time. Changes apply to all future invoices in the series. Already-sent invoices are not affected.

What happens if I pause a recurring invoice?

No new invoices are generated while the series is paused. Resume anytime and Billstride picks up where it left off.

Does auto-send work with e-invoicing?

Yes. Auto-sent invoices include the same ZUGFeRD or XRechnung XML as manually sent ones. Compliance is automatic.

Can I set an end date for a recurring series?

Yes. Set an optional end date and the series stops automatically. You can also cancel manually at any point.
