Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
Scope
These terms are an agreement between you and superview llc, the operator of Billstride (full company details are in the imprint). By creating an account or using Billstride, you accept them.
Business use
Billstride is intended for business use by freelancers, self-employed professionals, and companies acting in their commercial or professional capacity. By using Billstride, you confirm that you are acting as a business, not as a consumer.
The service
Billstride is an invoicing service: you can create, manage, and send invoices, including e-invoicing formats such as ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, and Factur-X, along with related tools. Features may evolve over time.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Pricing and payment
Billstride is pay-per-invoice: you buy credit, and each finalized invoice consumes the invoice price shown in the app at the time you finalize it. There is no subscription. Prices may change; the current price is always shown in the app before you finalize an invoice.
Refunds
Unused credit can be refunded, subject to the eligibility conditions shown in the app. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Credit consumed by finalized invoices is not refundable.
Your content and responsibilities
Your invoices and business data remain yours. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices you create, including correct tax details, and for having the right to use your recipients' data. We process that data on your behalf as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use Billstride for unlawful purposes, including fraudulent or fake invoices, abuse of the platform, attempts to disrupt the service, or attempts to access other users' data.
Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep Billstride available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, and factors outside our control can cause downtime. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice to export your data.
No tax or legal advice
Billstride helps you create invoices but does not provide tax or legal advice. Validation features are provided for convenience; you remain responsible for the compliance of your invoices. Consult a tax advisor if you are unsure.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You can stop using Billstride and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can request a refund of unused credit subject to the refund conditions above, and your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will announce material changes in advance; continued use after a change takes effect counts as acceptance.
